Royal Company History

I started the business back in 1998 after practicing in Germany and UK for 15 years (my full name is Mohamed Hamam) because I thought I could provide supplies and offer services better than anybody else. We now operate from our flagship office in Port Said with branches covering all Egyptian ports. We are proud to have grown to become one of Egypt's leading marine & petroleum suppliers.

Suez Canal has been famous for its strategic place allows water transportation between Europe and Asia without navigating around Africa since 17 November, 1869. It has since become fully known to all of ocean vessels in the world. Royal Company continues to offer quality supplies and service to all those are visiting or passing Suez Canal as well as all other ports around Egypt. We are proud to deliver a wide range of high quality of supplies and service straight to your supply location.

As well as chandlery and provisions, ROYAL CO. main tasks are providing a complete range of maintenance, repair and operation covering all aspects of ship operation: deck, engine, electronics, cabin, medical, stationery, Fire Fighting Apparatus (FFA), Life Saving Apparatus (LSA) and pyrotechnics, etc. In addition we are able to repair and manufacture on a specimen basis, a large variety of spare parts by the means of the workshops we work with. We also offer a full range of OEM spare parts for the engine room, covering all Wärtsilä engines, as well as auxiliary and propulsion system.

We supply all kind of marine oil "Mobil, Shell, Total…etc.", steel material, steel pipes, wires and ropes as well as other items such as “Ball Bearing – Flanges – Bolts & Nuts – Valves – V-Belts…etc". We also refill and supply all Kind of Unitor production as well as mixed gases such as Cargon, according to you request.

We also organize under water survey, cleaning, propeller polishing, under water repair and welding, done with the same high attention to detail and cost as expected.
